Delete your Vayloza account
Vayloza lets you delete your account and associated app data from inside the app or request deletion from the web.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Vayloza.
- Open Account & subscription.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
If you have an auto-renewing subscription, cancel renewal with the provider you purchased through first. Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in Google Play; website/direct-app subscriptions are cancelled through Stripe. This prevents an active paid subscription from being left behind after the Vayloza account is removed.
Sign in to delete accountRequest deletion without signing in
Email hello@vayloza.com from the email address associated with your Vayloza account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
What is deleted
The deletion process removes the Vayloza account and user-linked app data such as profile/settings, pantry, meal plans, food/progress entries, receipts and parsed receipt items, saved meals/recipes, scan records and Vayloza email/session records. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal, fraud-prevention and accounting requirements.
