Subscription Terms

Creating a Vayloza account starts a 7-day trial. Paid billing does not start merely because you create the trial account. On the website and direct-download Android app, you start paid billing through Stripe. In the Google Play version, paid billing is started and managed through Google Play.
Price
For the current NZ/AU launch, the website/direct-app price is NZ$4.99 per month for New Zealand accounts and AU$4.99 per month for Australian accounts. In the Google Play version, the price and currency shown by Google Play before confirmation are the controlling purchase terms.
Renewal
A paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe manages renewal for subscriptions bought on the website/direct app. Google Play manages renewal for subscriptions bought in the Play Store version.
Using the trial when you subscribe early
If you set up paid billing while trial time remains, Vayloza is designed to preserve the remaining trial period rather than silently starting a new extra seven-day trial.
Cancellation
You can open Settings → Account & subscription. Website/direct-app subscribers manage cancellation through Stripe. Play Store subscribers manage cancellation through Google Play. Access ordinarily continues through any already-paid period shown by the relevant billing provider. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe or Google Play may request an updated payment method. Vayloza may limit paid access when the billing provider no longer reports an eligible subscription.
Billing records
Stripe or Google Play provides payment-method management and purchase history for subscriptions processed by that provider. Vayloza stores only the billing identifiers, purchase-verification information and subscription status needed to provide access; Vayloza does not store raw card numbers.
