It is not a doctor, dietitian, emergency service or medical device. Nutrition and product matches can be incomplete or wrong, so you remain responsible for checking labels and deciding what is appropriate for you.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vayloza account during the current launch.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password secure and using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access another person’s account or misuse receipt/OCR features.
Food, receipt and nutrition accuracy
Receipt OCR can misread abbreviations, quantities or prices. Nutrition values are estimates and may differ from the actual product, preparation method or serving. Vayloza provides editing and confirmation controls because automated matches are not guaranteed.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
Diet and allergy settings help filter current meal templates, but Vayloza cannot verify manufacturing cross-contamination or every ingredient in every retail product. Always read the physical product label and follow appropriate professional advice where a serious allergy or health condition is involved.
Subscriptions
Paid access is governed by the Subscription Terms. Stripe processes card and payment details.
Service changes
Vayloza is an evolving product. Features, supported retailers and data sources can change as the service improves. We will not knowingly represent unfinished features as guaranteed functionality.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand or Australian consumer law.
